Today I met with Stephanie from the CNY SPCA to volunteer my time and talent to their wonderful organization. The meeting went great and I can't wait to get started on some of the projects we will be working on together. I fell in love with some of the animals there too. I was surprised to see so many. The dogs were very excited to have company. I really hope they find good homes soon.
So people, take a drive down there and adopt an animal, drop off some much needed supplies, gently used blankets, food or even make a monetary donation. They really need help from the community. And while you're there stop by their gift shop and purchase a coffee mug, tote bag or t-shirt and help support your CNY SPCA.
P.S.
While I was there an Albino Hedge Hog was brought in, cage and all. Someone had abandoned it in an apartment. He was the cutest little thing! I was surprised to learn that they have more than just cats and dogs. They have a goat, parakeets, rabbits and other animals too.

Operation Love Reunited - Fort Drum Family...
I love these sessions. Another family from Fort Drum. The husband was deployed to Afghanistan back in January and will be away from his family for more than a year. With the Operation Love Reunited organization (http://www.oplove.org/), his wife and daughter are able to send him the gift of a 4x6 photo album. I will be shipping his album soon and hope having pictures of his loved ones will bring a smile to his face. Thank you for being our Hero! I look forward to capturing his home coming when he returns next year.

Operation Love ReUnited...
My way of supporting our troops and paying it forward. I am proud to be a participating photographer for the Operation Love ReUnited organization here in Central New York. I am hoping to help as many military families as I can by capturing their pre-deployment, deployment and/or homecoming memories. These courageous men and women make me proud to be an American. Thank you!
Each qualified military family will receive from Images By Kelly, a portrait session, 4x6 proof book, DVD slideshow and private on-line gallery free of charge. For more information about Operation Love ReUnited please check out their website.
